Ingredients - 

250 gram Bhindi
2 tbsp Besan
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 gloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
Salt

2 tbsp Oil
Juice of 1/2 lime

Chaat Masala to sprinkle on top

Bake or Air Fry at 190 degrees C for 12 to 15 mins or until crispy*

- Can take longer depending on your how thick you’ve cut the bhindi

- First coat dry ingredients & then add the wet ingredients
- Coat it well & splash few drops of water or lemon juice if required
- Do not open the air fryer for the first 7 to 8 mins. The masala will dry by then.
