This is a side view of the cake I made for a coworker's daughter who was turning 4...she wanted a fairy and unicorn....I modeled the unicorn sort of on Debbie Brown's little pony and also various unicorn/horse pictures on the net...the fairy was a bit of a nightmare..had to make about 3 that looked scarey and drunk before I got one that was cute...anyhow, she loved it and it is one of my fav cakes..it is chocolate buttermilk cake with choc SMBC filling and vanilla SMBC icing..fondant accents…
