SAVE this if you’ve been wanting to start gua sha, I’ve done it for 4 years and it helps to de-puff and sculpt the face really well with consistency. Comment if you want the links for the stone, oil, and even my vanity mirror that has LED lighting and is a must for my morning beauty routines. Sharee Keren G. on Instagram: "To reduce puffiness and improve glowiness, blood flow is what it’s all about.

〰️ Apply a liberal amount of facial oil to the skin to lubricate the surface for the gua sha to glide without tugging
〰️ Use light pressure specifically under the eyes
〰️ Trace all the way to the hairline and finish with a wiggle to release tension
〰️ Start and end your gua sha practice with your neck. Addressing blood flow and circulation in your neck will make all the difference.

Happy mindful practice!
