Had seen this card but can not find the maker but I thank her for sharing her Halloween card for inspiration! Card stock base is #110 weight black card stock from Mikes, Pumpkin Pie for the card front, and white/GP for stamped piece. Used the SU Timeless Texture stamp set for the card front. New Cat punch from SU was used. Wanted the cat to face the opposite way so flipped the punch over and punched out the cat using black flocked card stock. I used a cloud template, going gray ink and a sponge to make the sky. Used lovely as a tree on the background. Sponged the edges of the moon with marigold morning. The top panel was popped up with foam tape as was the window. The little ghosts were cut out and glittered. Cat was from PTI and was cut out popped up and covered with crystal lacquer. Finished off the dots with a signo gel pen. Of course all my layering was done with my can't do without perfect layer rulers :) Thanks for looking!
