Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 560 g (1 1/4 lbs) salmon, skinless, cubed
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2.5 cm (1 inch) ginger, grated
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
For the Marinated Cucumbers:
- 4 Persian cucumbers
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
