At 70 years old, Joan MacDonald's doctors told her she needed to change her lifestyle for her health. Now, at 73 years old, with the help of her daughter Michelle, Joan works out five times a week, doing cardio, strength training, weight lifting, and more.
“We’ve been conditioned to accept … that we have to go through menopause, we’re going to get fat, everything’s going to fall apart after we’re 40. But that’s not true,” says Joan MacDonald.
