My current gym has a couple stairmasters and I've been using them everyday for a little over a week now. Already lost a couple pounds and my husband's been commenting on how much more firm and perky my glutes have gotten in such a short time. This is the average workout I do on the stair master. I've worked my way up to 30 minutes so if you just start out doing 15 the first few times, that's awesome! It gets easier, I promise!
