Inspired by the story of Sadako, and curious about where the tradition of folding a thousand paper cranes came of, I looked for it and discovered that in Japan is believed that when you do so, the gods reward you granting a wish. This tradition symbolizes that for everything you want, you must do an effort, that's why a while ago I decided to fold the thousand cranes, as a metaphore that I must always give my best to reach my goals.
