The weeping angels created by Steven Moffat the writer of Doctor Who series 5. If you look at them they turn into stone. But if you look away or even blink it could move quicker than the speed of light. If they touch you, you go back in time. They're called the WEEPING Angels because they cover their eyes.Because if you look into their eyes you turn into stone at least you think you are. They make the meaning of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff critical. They're known as the lonely assassins…
