After I tore meniscus in 2021, stairs & squats were my nemesis. Our joints are incredibly resilient, and with consistency & persistence, we can regain our range of motion. My absolute favorite exercises for improving knee range of motion include: 1️⃣ "Tibial rotations" to restore the ability of our knee joint to rotate 2️⃣ "Split squats" to develop strength & flexibility of the quadriceps muscles 👉 this is a great exercise to start with, particularly if we're not able to bend our knees much beyond 90 degrees (yet 😁) 👉 make sure to set the yoga block target at a height that no knee discomfort is felt; lower t
