When designing this office space located in Chester, our intentions were to refurbish and rebrand the space with a professional and luxurious manner whilst retaining the sense of a welcoming environment.

This office reception was transformed from a 1980s scheme. We extended the reception area to create a sitting area for visitors. We designed a staggered panel feature opposite the entrance which was split with hidden LEDs above each panel. We also added interest in other areas of the room by continuing the floor tile up the wall. We wanted to create a luxury look for this businesses high end clientele.

RMD also produced plans to open up the ground floor reception area to create a larger, welcoming seating area working closely with the Estate Agents, Surveyors and Contractors. RMD suggested and created an identity for the building to enhance marketing material, signage and to help grow recognition with the City Centre.

RMD was approached by Legat Owen, Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Estate Agents and asked to re-design the communal spaces of a 19,000 Sqft commercial building in the city centre of Chester. The Premises had been empty for a number of years and needed updating in order the attract new tenants. RMD re-designed all the communal areas including WC’s, Reception, Stairwells, Lift, External Entrance and Mezzanine Floor.
