For the first time since January 2014, we woke up this morning to a blanket of snow covering the whole world. And it was our next to last reveal day. And it was magical. With tomato bisque and grilled cheese sandwiches for supper, it was the perfect snow day. Even if it didn’t happen on the 25th, it’s the closest we’ve ever had. I’m calling it our first white Christmas ever.
As soon as we had our first snowfall I went down to our Boathouse with my camera and took a few shots of the little nook all decked out for the Christmas season. It was a perfect calm day, the trees are reflecting in the pond and with snow covering the ground and trees, it was beautiful! Candles,pinecones and lights. Hello everyone, I hope you enjoyed your weekend. I enjoyed a lovely afternoon on Saturday going to the Christmas House Tours and then out to supper with my daughters. On Sunday we hosted our annual family pizza party for 30 and the grandchildren exchanged gifts adding to the fun. I love this casual party.
