✅ My deep squats, Cossack squats and straddle’s range of motion has improved dramatically.

✅ It calmed my mind and made me feel less stressed. During this stretch brain is focused on the stretch and what you feel and breathing - nothing else. 

✅ Improved digestion.

✅ Had a positive impact on my mood - however a lot of people can experience sadness and can feel emotional with hip opening exercises. According to a 2019 study, certain emotions are linked to specific parts of the body.
