Here are five of my favorite mindfulness activities for kids outdoors! I use them to restore attention and connect with the kids after school. They require no advance planning or extra equipment, just a willingness to immerse yourself and your children in nature. Best of all, they can be done almost anywhere and only require 15-30 minutes of your time! Great for emotional growth.
