epicuisine

epicuisine (epic cuisine) is a work in progress. They say that it's never too late to realize your dream. epicuisine is mine and someday it will be a reality. In my mind I see it as a two-story culinary one-stop shop and center for team-building and catering. The downstairs store part will be an ever-changing collection of specialty ingredients, choice kitchen wares, cookbooks and of course, gadgets galore. Upstairs we will have classes for culinary fun and festiveness! Informative and entertaining, we will offer evening and weekend cooking classes, wine classes, hands-on workshops, team-building exercises and specialty dinners where groups can rent our state-of-the-art facility. This collection of ideas and inspirations is a collaboration of what epicuisine will be when it grows up :)
