Na vyhledávání ubytování, rezervace je to super, ale když potřebujete pomoc, tak odezva nulová, po napsání pěti zpráv jsem neobdržel ani jednu odpověď, zkráceně když platíte vše je ok, když potřebujete pomoc, kašlou na Vás. Né mojí vinou jsem nemohl nastoupit na pobyt, všechny prachy pryč a booking vysmátý jak odrbal zákazníka. Uninstal a pryč,žádná zákaznická podpora nefunguje.

PROČ MI ZOBRAZUJETE CENU V EUR NA POBYTY V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE?? Proč mi je z účtu vedeného v CZK nevýhodným kurzem uhrazen pobyt v ČR? Považuji toto za extrémně nesolidní jednání a s Bookingem tímto definitivně končím. A to nezmińuji fakt, že filtr na domácí mazlíčky máte úplně obráceně, než by dávalo smysl. Zafiltrovat výběr BEZ čoklů technicky nelze.

Aplikace začala v poslední době denně (někdy i opakovaně) zobrazovat notifikace vybízející k rezervaci, přestože jsem v nastavení ponechala upozornění jen na zprávy z ubytování k již rezervovaným pobytům. Dávám odinstalovat, takový spam v telefonu nepotřebuji.
