Very easy to use if trying to book something for now. Booking later times of day is hard due to poor UI. Edit - was trying to book a round trip. The interface keeps updating and moving the train schedule I want to select. If I don't hit it right I have to throw the trip out and start over. Very frustrating. This needs a feature to pause updating the list of trains so you can actually select on without it changing while you are trying to hit it. I gave up.

gives the train schedule just fine, but the price of tickets is consistently 20% to 200% more expensive than just buying them in person after boarding. DO NOT buy your tickets using this app! example: last night a ticket from Dunkeld to Inverness (for the next morning) cost £84. this morning it cost £40. I waited to pay on the train and it was only £16

Handy app to have. Easy to purchase flights, busses and trains. Refunding or changing them however is a different story. The app is an endless loop to get a booking changed. Contact us - goes to Ai virtual assistant which says go to the app to change booking, which says they can't do self changes yet, which leads to the AI again (repeat). I would recommend getting it but any returns or changes will be a hassle.
