What a step backwards. This app is clunky, doesn't flow well and looks to be made by a tech company 10yrs behind the current trend. The consistent diffrent ways to go back to the prior screens, inconsistent bio log in. The reviews are spot on. Update! Still 👎👎💩💩 and frustrating. The mobile deposit feature is consistent with "error" can't read check, load times are slow, arrangement of business/personal acts is all over the place and not together.

Great bank, terrible app. I end up negative even though I'm opted out because it doesn't show the pending transactions. Also the pending transactions thing is for banks to make more money, you're non profit, make our stuff go through instantly. No need to make it pend. If someone has an issue it can still be resolved without pending transactions. It says in reviews from over a year ago that you've "fixed this". No, no you have not. Been this way for my app for over a year.

The old app was superior. As others have said, you can no longer see pending deposits. Pending debits are shown but don't show in your balance so it appears that your balance is higher than it really is. It takes longer for debit card uses to come out of the account and the are "pending" for up to several days. This app is cluttered/busy and has poor functionality. Harder to navigate. Quick balance gone. If I wanted internet banking, I would use the web. The old app was better. Bring it back!
