Used rapido after problem with uncle app. That has only paytm options to pay, took prepaid (wallet took double amount) and my order got canceled .no driver available. Very disappointed. Used Rapido instead. That one, the driver took the amount directly and asked me to cancel the ride. But I reported an issue in app. Don't know if you're not having drivers, especially integrity at all levels ..service rating will never improve. Hope you improve your service.

Your auto segment is really disappointing. This morning, for the first time I tried it as I thought we would reach our destination quicker in the traffic. But I had to wait for 40 minutes before I had to cancel the trip & proceed by alternate means. In these 40 minutes three auto drivers changed/picked the trip request but never came to the pickup point. As I was getting late for my appointment I cancelled the trip by your Autos. I will never recommend your auto service to anyone for sure.

Garbage app. All it does is hang, and the server is never reachable. Fix your app ASAP because it makes it really difficult to try and book a taxi. It's extremely slow and janky And it's recently it's been turning out to be a scam. Not sure if it's the app or the drivers, but often they decide to take a longer route in order to increase the original price. The GPS software on here is so janky that it fails to indentify which side of the road I'm on. Please fix your app
