Multicolor Collar Latex Embellished Event & Party Supplies

Just a small balloon garland I made this weekend for a Moana themed party. I love the pops of color that the flowers and leaves add to the blue balloons. I almost always use 3 colors even when Im going for monochromatic that means this time I went for a pale blue one closer to a teal and a dark blue to give it more texture and depth while keeping it in the same color family.
