We would like to thank the 170 participants joining our #MovetoZero event in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Coming together from across the construction value chain, these change-makers tackled critical questions on how to remove barriers to zero-emission construction worksites, address urgent competence gaps, and introduce effective policies such as a price on carbon.
Melker Jernberg , Head of Volvo CE, emphasized the need and urgency for collective action across all parts of the value chain: "The transformation is not happening at the speed required by global warming. No single company, country, or organization can accomplish this alone, but by driving change together on all fronts, we can make things happen."
Special thanks to our inspiring frontrunner speakers sharing learnings from zero-emission projects and industry initiatives: Frida Nordström, Head of Environment, Stockholm City Development Department, Fredrik Gustafsson, Head of Smart Charging Infrastructure, Ellevio, Tobias Stöcker, Sustainability Manager, ENI (Emissieloos Netwerk Infra (ENI)), and Jorgen Olsson, President & CEO Viscaria.
