Hi, so is the Loop Component used for Poll now? Or is it Forms interface but just as Loop component? Or how does it work? For tenants that do not allow access for externals to Loop - what is the user experience for externals? How is this experience managed in admin centre?

I'm experiencing an issue with Microsoft Forms where spaces in pre-filled URL parameters are being replaced with plus signs (+) in the form fields, despite using %20 for spaces in the URLs. Here is an example of the URL format I'm using: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=YOUR_FORM_...
