The UK's first childhood bereavement charity, supporting bereaved children and young people across the UK.

About us

Winston's Wish supports children, young people (up to 25) and their families after the death of someone close to them. This is the most devastating and traumatic situation a child can face, but with the right support at the right time children can lead full and flourishing lives. Through a range of support in individual and group settings, via a Freephone National Helpline, online support and publications, we’ve helped ensure that grief does not destroy a child’s future. We are here to help... Freephone Helpline Call our Helpline for free on 08088 020 021 for immediate advice, resources and support. Open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
