To manage the transactions effectively, we introduced a new project called Transaction Management Hub (THM) by using FTM Framework for LBG. Enterprise Architecture and Design (EAD) is a new strategic architecture to support payments processing across the Banks. A key aspect of this project is to implement a Payments BUS across the application landscape within LBG to decouple many point to point (P2P) processes that constrain future migration and growth.

KNAPP software is used in the newly created M&S Delivery Centre. DC needs the Logistic and Masterdata information for exchanging the data between the various systems. To meet this requirement, new Adaptor pass-through patterns were developed for the KNAPP in the middleware, and ELK has been used for auditing. To achieve the new agile process and availability of applications, it is decided to migrate the M&S.com systems to Microsoft cloud (Azure), using the combination of IaaS and SaaS services. All DOTCOM middleware MuleSoft and IIB flows are deployed in Dockers and Kubernetes.

M&S decided to migrate all the premises middleware systems to Azure cloud. This project has multiple phases, based on middleware applications and Operating System.

M&S uses IBM DataPower application for the all 3rd party communication (inbound and outbound) in order to follow the GDPR regulations. To reduce the operation cost, Middleware team came up with a solution to migrate different protocols that were used in XB62 e.g. FTP, SFTP, PSFT, HTTP(S), and WMQ with an efficient and secured data exchange between different vendors using a security service in Linux VP’s hosted on cloud using MQFTE.

The scope of this project is to design, develop, test and deploy new pattern based interfaces into the new version of IIB 10.0.1. New libraries were created to support all the Pub-Sub consumer's based pattern services in the new version and automated the process to migrate 575 interfaces into new IIB. Developed common audit and exception frameworks for all the interfaces by introducing the ElasticSearch Logstatch Kibana (ELK).
