How can you showcase your UX design skills online, in PDFs, and videos?
People overthink portfolios. A portfolio should not show ALL your work, it's a tool to get an interview or client. I do not know anyone who reads a portfolio cover to cover. Tick off key things like: - context on projects - How you solved problems - BUSINESS METRICS. Talk to your reader, which is often a leader not in design. Talk how you can help them. do not over think the portfolio. Your portfolio should leave the reader with more questions. That's where you go into depth in an interview.

How can you justify your UX design decisions to stakeholders?
Define design success in a way each stakeholder understands. For example, a CIO does not care about your Miro board or Service Blueprint. They care about through design they can save 5% of their annual budget by streamlining an internal process. Talk about how design success will enable this. Talk in their language.
