HAIL Partners is working with a global Asset Management firm who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team. The firm is looking for a strategic HR professional to consultant with business leaders within the organization. This role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth. The HRBP will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives within a global context.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company's goals.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on HR best practices and people management.
  • Develop and implement succession planning and career development programs.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role, within the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
