We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team, specialising in the service and repair of medical equipment. This role involves extensive travel and occasional overnight stays, servicing a variety of critical medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform service and maintenance tasks on medical equipment with a focus on electrical systems (approximately 60% of the role).
Travel to customer sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to site permits and risk assessments.
Follow a schedule of work provided, servicing and maintaining a range of medical products.
Work collaboratively with teams on-site; some tasks may require a two-person team.
Conduct critical installations and provide technical support as needed.
Required Experience And Skills
Electrical Maintenance Background
Experience in the medical environment is highly advantageous, especially in critical care settings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent fault-finding skills.
