We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, skilled/semi-skilled engineers, apprentices, and trainees. In this role, you will oversee maintenance, service, installation, and repair of commercial/industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of service engineers and technicians.
Service, maintain, repair, and commission refrigeration and air conditioning systems within set timescales.
Estimate labour costs for maintenance, service, and repair work, and prepare customer quotations.
Allocate labour to maintenance, service, installation, and repair contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial success.
Maximise utilisation of human and material resources in conjunction with the Service Manager, providing necessary engineering support.
Offer technical and logistical support to engineers and technicians.
Control work in progress to ensure timely job completion.
Maintain technical and safety standards, adhering to Health & Safety practices and recommending improvements as needed.
Ensure quality service standards are upheld.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
