Introducing the 4-2-1 Hayabusa Competition Series Exhaust System, a cutting-edge solution designed exclusively for drag racing enthusiasts. This exhaust system is the culmination of extensive research and development, tailored to unlock peak power in stock, heavily modified, and nitrous-injected Hayabusa engines from 1999 to 2024.

Crafted from lightweight 304 Stainless Steel with a sleek brushed finish, this system boasts an impressive .049″ wall thickness, balancing durability with performance. The tapered head pipes and full merge collectors are engineered for maximum exhaust flow and power output, making every ride exhilarating.

At the heart of this system is its competition-oriented design. The tuned length megaphone, with headers measuring 1-5/8″ tapering to 1-7/8″, 4-into-2 collectors at 1-7/8″ to 2-1/8″, and a final 2-into-1 collector of 2-1/8″ to 3″, culminates in a megaphone tapered from 3″ to 3-1/2″, then stepped to 4″. This design is optimized for unparalleled power delivery and is available with an optional baffle.

Additional features include two 18mm oxygen sensor bungs, compatible with stock O2 sensors or wideband air/fuel ratio monitoring, ensuring optimal engine performance. The entire system weighs a mere 14 pounds, providing a significant weight reduction of over 30 pounds compared to the stock exhaust.

This exhaust system comes complete with exhaust port flanges, an oil cooler bypass kit, and a spring puller tool. However, installation requires modification to the lower fairing, for which we provide an adhesive cut-out template.

Please note, this exhaust system is strictly for closed-course competition use only, making it the ideal choice for racers seeking to dominate the drag strip with their Hayabusa.
