For the 41st consecutive year, the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series will venture to Cedar Lake Speedway for a summer visit.

This year, the World of Outlaws Independence Spectacular will be a doubleheader on Friday-Saturday, June 28-29, before the Series takes a rare week off for the Fourth of July weekend.

The 3/8-mile Wisconsin track has become a fan-favorite, consistently producing thrilling finishes and unpredictable winners. There have been four different winners in the last four races there, including first-time Cedar Lake winners Brock Zearfoss and Jacob Allen in 2022, and David Gravel in 2023.

Wisconsin resident Bill Balog will be poised for a home state win both nights as he chases the Kevin Gobrecht Rookie of the Year title this year, battling the likes of Roth Motorsports driver Michael “Buddy” Kofoid and Sides Motorsports driver Landon Crawley.

The event will also showcase a fireworks show on Saturday.
