Maybe if I’d read it?

Listening to this book, I found it very hard to follow. Perhaps if I’d read the book, I would have enjoyed it more. Nicholas Boulton is, as always, fabulous.

Fabulous!

Incredibly well-researched and written account of Henry VIII's split from Katherine and marriage to Anne Boleyn, with a twist! It's written from Cromwell's perspective. My idea of Cromwell has been completely turned on its' head. The narrator was absolutely wonderful, giving each character a discernible voice.
