Story
Romance can be a little complicated when you get sucked into a wormhole. Just ask high school English teacher June Flint. One little solar flare happens and suddenly you find yourself 85 years in the future. Eighty-five years from your dream job. Your ailing mother whose only companion in this world is you. Your favorite stuffed-crust pizza from DeLucia’s on Sunday nights. But when June’s cell phone inexplicably picks up a signal, she’s able to call back to the present—more specifically, four weeks before she accidentally time traveled.

Story
Lt. Eve Dallas is just home from a long overdue vacation when she responds to a call of an unattended death. The victim is Martin Greenleaf, retired Internal Affairs Captain. At first glance, the scene appears to be suicide, but the closer Eve examines the body, the more suspicious she becomes. An unlocked open window, a loving wife and family, a too-perfect suicide note—Eve's gut says it's a homicide. After all, Greenleaf put a lot of dirty cops away during his forty-seven years in Internal Affairs. It could very well be payback—and she will not rest until the case is closed.

I mean, it was a fine way to kill a couple hours. The storyline is pretty basic, but it's a short story, so I guess that's just how it will be.

Story
While running in Central Park, New York Times science writer Damon Ellis crashes—literally—into a story that just might resurrect his career…and change the course of human history. On the face of it, it seems absurd—a small biotech company in Boston called Calypso that claims to have cracked the secret of eternal youth. Surely a hoax. Or is it?

DO NOT READ THIS BOOK
Reviewed: 04-10-21
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this book! I got it solely based on the large number of reviews and the high star rating. I was in a rush. But I honestly cannot figure out how they can be correct now, because half way through this God awful story, I went back to read the reviews and almost every one said exactly what I expected. That it's absolutely TERRIBLE. I wish I had never subjected myself to this book. The narrator is good, but the story is total trash
