For 57 years, the Country Music Association Awards has been recognizing outstanding talent in the industry. In addition to award presentations and live performances, the event also doubles as a lavish date night for celebrity couples in the country music world. On November 8, 2023, the 57th CMA Awards—which was hosted by Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning—took place in Nashville, Tennessee, and some of the biggest country artists and their spouses showed up on the red carpet. From wearing matching attire to stealing a peck during photo shoots, these pairs ensured the function was filled with precious moments.

It was a big night for Lainey Wilson—she took home five trophies, including one for entertainer of the year—so her boyfriend, Devlin “Duck” Hodges, made sure to be her ultimate supporter on the red carpet. The couple stepped out holding hands and sporting matching cowboy hats. They also chose color-coordinated ensembles featuring Western nods, with Wilson in a black flared jumpsuit and Hodges in a black jacket and dress pants.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban

For the prestigious affair, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban coordinated their looks. While The Undoing actress donned a floor-length black gown with front cut-outs that showed off her midriff, the “Somebody Like You” singer matched his wife in a black button-up shirt and black pants.

Since Kelsea Ballerini was nominated for female vocalist of the year at the 2023 CMA Awards, Chase Stokes made sure to attend the event to support his girlfriend. For the ceremony, the country artist channeled old Hollywood glamour in a pink one-shoulder gown from Christian Siriano’s Spring/Summer 2024 collection and wore her hair in barreling waves. The Outer Banks star looked dapper on her arm in an all-black ensemble.

Ahsaki LaFrance-Chachere and Dennis Chachere strutted down the 2023 CMA Awards red carpet in style. While LaFrance-Chachere wore a strapless mermaid dress with a black and silver geometric pattern and black gloves, Chachere rocked a printed jacket in coordinating hues and turquoise necklaces.

Luke Combs, who won entertainer of the year the previous two years, took home single of the year on Wednesday night for his cover of "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman. When he received the accolade, his wife, Nicole Hocking, was there to cheer him on, while she stunned in a red high-low dress with an off-the-shoulder neckline and ruffled detailing. Meanwhile, Combs secured his award in a plaid suit.

After receiving three nominations for the 2023 CMA Awards, Chris Stapleton won male vocalist of the year and performed his hit single "White Horse" on stage. For this milestone moment, Chris asked his wife, Morgane Stapleton, to be his plus one. The two were all smiles when they arrived on the red carpet.
