Pizza is like Mellow Mushroom but without the bad service and inconsistent quality. They use fresh mushrooms which is a difference make to some other pizza places in town.

Wolfman pizza is such a fun place to visit. The decor matches perfectly to the name. I spent a considerable amount of my time there reading the "newspaper" clippings on the wall. The menu was genius! The food was okay overall. The pinwheels were delicious. I would've gone there just for that. The pizza was good, but not memorable. It was too greasy for me, but the pepperoni was tasty. If you are a fan of thinner pizzas or new york style then Wolfman Pizza is for you.

I ordered the Led Zeppelin pizza and was very pleasantly surprised. This pizza has lots of toppings but the Roma tomatoes and the garlic flavor really make it delicious. This is the best pizza in Charlotte so far. Looking forward to having it again!
