Often times we forget to praise companies when they go above and beyond. So, this afternoon I had what I found to be a very minor issue with my excavator. After calling Iron Source, their service truck got to me in Laurel within about 30 minutes. The service tech got right to work and was very professional and got the problem fixed. Once again, this just shows why I made the right choice with Iron Source and SANY.
I want to give a shout out to Iron Source. My son rented a brush hog in anticipation of a landscaping job yesterday. The customer ended up cancelling AFTER he paid $109 to rent the tool. When we went to Iron Source just now, we planned to return the tool and leave. Just in passing conversation he told them he actually never used it and explained what happened. They refunded his rental fee COMPLETELY without him even asking. He is 16 and running hos own business and that $109 is a lot to him. I was absolutely blown away. If you need a tool rental, this is the place to go. Unbelievable customer service.
