In my experience, the understanding that we're a tag team and it's "US' the team VS the project at hand makes it easier to share and receive feedback. I encourage feedback to be shared in line with the project and not from a personal point of view. This helps eliminate the feelings of being witch-hunted or undue targeted attacks on a person. Team members can share constructively what's lacking, why we're behind schedule, or why we failed without anyone feeling that they were thrown under the bus.
