How can social innovation leadership improve partnerships with NGOs?

Social leadership should support the local NGO’s in the areas where they lack and help them being at par to the big NGO's working with Corporates. As the Local/grass root level NGO's may not have expertise on the documentation, processes, reporting etc., but they bring unique knowledge and understanding about the local communities’ culture, belief, standards, etc. This collaborative approach fosters a more equal partnership, where both parties learn from each other and work towards shared goals. Thus, supporting local NGOs is not only a responsible approach to CSR but also a strategic investment in building sustainable and impactful community development initiatives and build a more inclusive and effective approach social development.

Corporate-NGO partnerships are a win-win situation for both parties as they provide opportunities for skill sharing and capacity building. Corporates get access to different skilled people under one roof who are experts in creating social impact or bringing changes in societal behaviour. Corporates often lack such skills but by partnering with NGOs, they can enhance themselves and contribute to social causes

I have alwayse put Nonprofits First while being on CSR & Other Source of Giving for imapct & ensured that I built their capacities to curate innovative program, gets needed grant so that they drive lasting impact in much sustainable Manner & witness the Change that we wish to see in the World.

Maintaining the relationship with the ngo is also one major thing according to the market. The market and our stakeholders may changed but we need to maintain the consistency in the business relationship
