One thing I have found helpful is interactive one to one session to provide clarity in the beginning. First step in anything new is hard, the rest becomes smoother. However, if someone is struggling in the start and cannot find the right approach to begin something, the whole journey will be filled with turbulence.

Memorializing training is a key component of effective software utilization. As job turn-over is a reality, one does not want to dedicate only human resources on training and re-training. A blend of accessible training resources and approaches (video, written procedures, in-person, peer-to-peer, Q&A sessions) is also key to including all types of learners and generations in an inclusive work environment.

This would bring most of the folks on same page. 4. Have a clear Week/Day level Plan: Plan to track the progress of all relevant topics/items covered. 5. Set KPIs: Set milestones and measurable KPIs to understand the growth of employee.

Planning and roadmap are key gears in the big mechanism of enterprise machines. Once we gather feedback from employees on how to improve the system or what kind of system they are looking for to decrease their daily routine. The next step would be to onboard personnel for new changes, share all benefits, and explain why we are making these changes. Generally, employees are against changes as it increase their involvement at the beginning. Small group onboarding makes the process longer but easier and more smoothly. Questions should be answered before personnel onboarding so new software not be redeveloped on fly.

Incentivizing learning involves creating a system of rewards and recognition that motivates individuals to engage in educational activities and achieve academic goals. In my practice, I prefer to use gamification and rewards, as they have shown the best results.
