One of the powerful tool i have been using is keeping positive of the situation, Once i recieve the delay alart, i give as much as i can, being straight to the point and making sure that the answers i give are neutral and clear, Acknowledging the situation with open arms. Through this the passengers will feel that the situation is under control and ofcourse not forgetting the giving them refreshment drinks and food. If there is another alternative i will try as much as possible to assist those who are really in need of it.
