Yes, that's right with constructive feedback both negative and positive this build us up. Cause without this feedback backs we can't grow and growth is the sign of learning. Cause we learn everyday. So as for me i do welcome feedback alot in other to progress cause without those feedback ain't going to know what am doing right or wrong.

Taking help from an experienced person is always beneficial. It can help you to know the path of success, and how you proceed in your journey. Seeking mentorship at regular intervals of time helps you to understand the pros and cons about whatever work you have done and how to improve on that. Mentors also help in keeping yourself motivated when you are feeling low and not very confident about doing any work.

When I was a new volunteer, I sought out individuals who had been actively involved with the organization for several years and demonstrated strong leadership and commitment. I would then approach one experienced volunteer who had a reputation for effectively mentoring newcomers. They agree to mentor me, offering valuable insights into the organization's mission, strategies for engaging with students and parents, and effective communication techniques. Thanks to the mentor's guidance, I developed confidence in my role, gained a deeper understanding of educational outreach strategies, and built stronger relationships within the volunteer team.

I am volunteer at 3MTT Nigeria. I have a mentor that actively keep me going. He is always by my side whenever I need clarification or further assistance. He bridges the gap between me and the initiative. He always gives me directions that will lead to success and how I can make great impact to the great initiative. I see the life of a volunteer with a mentor very necessary because mentors are always the board of directors to volunteers.

We use to have weekly meetups to discuss about the role and how we can make necessary improvements and to make fellows to be pro active and always keep them engaging. I write minutes of every minutes we had weekly and that's will be the task for the whole week which will set necessary objective and fulfillment of the initiative.

I work as a volunteer with valuegate and they pay some token for me to learn new skills part of which are product management, organizational management and Data Analytics skills which helped me to analyze the company data efficiently and make possible predictions for the company. And I am so much excited for I add and I am still adding value to the company with the new skills I learned.
