This way, you can provide the best solutions to your clients and become an expert in that area.

When I started out in ERP I learned one module. Over the years I have picked up several modules. I believe people want someone that has strong skills in a variety of skills. This way you can help with a more rounded solution.

Actually I do disagree in specialization making you more attractive. Many times, if not most of time, the required skills searched for are not really well known. And how could it be!? I think it is more about the know than the how ... of your knowhow.

Quand on est indépendant et que l'on bosse sur sa mission à fond, il n'est pas évident de trouver l'énergie pour développer son réseau. Je conseil souvent de se donner pour règle de faire au moins 1 actions de bizdev par jour (rendez-vous à déjeuner, envoyer un message pour demander des nouvelles à une relation, commenter un post Linkedin, etc.). Au bout de la semaine cela fait 5 actions de développement et de réseautage, c'est pas mal !
