If the job posting has no page length requirements, then more pages are acceptable. By more, we’re talking 7, no more than 8. When it comes to nonfederal resumes, 2 pages is ideal, but the first page is the attention grabber. Some industries require a CV, and those can be upwards of 10 pages, depending on the industry and the applicant's work history. My point is to know your industry’s standards and follow those rules.
