We all need a 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐆 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄! It doesn't matter if we are just starting out or seasoned Pros... We need to have a dossier or portfolio that highlights our work... the various projects that might be to elaborate to go into too much detail in a resume! If you are just starting out most employers will understand that you don't have excess work accomplishments, so it is totally okay to scale this down to college or volunteer projects where you have had a significant role. The important thing is to present yourself in as positive light as possible and someone who will be able to come in and 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐕𝐄 some of their problems...

It is an underrated strategy but it plays a crucial role. You can reformat your resume based on key information, making sure your internships and projects are highlighted effectively. Please just keep the Internships under the professional experience section and address your contribution in that. You should create a section below' Key Projects'' to discuss the projects in detail, and mention your skills, quantifiable contributions, and relevant keywords.

Get to know the company. Combo industry jargon with cultural fit in the language of your resume to show real compatibility with the role. Research the employer's mission and vision statements, understand their values, and demonstrate how you share these.

Go out there and get some experience. Voluntary work. Join societies. Add value in whatever you do. Start projects to improve something and showcase application of your knowledge. These things make great stories for you to tell on your CV and interviews. You will then have examples to showcase or transferrable skills to talk about. Then extract the hard skills from the job specification and ensure they are quantified in your CV. Wow factor statements will get your CV through to the interview stage.
