Como Gestor, Jefe, Gerente a cargo de Flota, debemos entender que migrar a Operaciones Flota involucra tener como desafío principal Establecer Estrategias para Maximizar la Disponibilidad al Costo Adecuado, por lo que nos exige inmersión en el contexto de operación para que la toma de decisiones sean con criterio técnico económico, siendo la 1era fase de este reto, el conocer los tiempos de operación, ANS, parámetros de servicio para MP, MC, kpi´s operativos como MTBF, MTTR que decantan en métricas como confiabilidad y mantenibilidad unificándose en indicadores como OEE Eficiencia Global de Equipos y TEEP Rendimiento Efectivo Total del Equipo y en 2da fase en el impacto en la rentabilidad, conociendo el ciclo económico del activo, CPK, TCO.

Comencé como un distribuidor de paquetes sin ningún conocimiento, pero a lo largo del tiempo me fuí formando, como decimos en Argentina me hice en la calle, aprendí a detectar las falencias que tenia el servicio que haciamos y me comencé a formar para mejorar la calidad del trabajo de todos los que haciamos esta tarea. Claramente hoy la capacitación es fundamental en una empresa, pero el servicio de distribución de paqueteria a domicilio (mi especialidad) pone al chofer en la calle sin darle una capacitación y acompañamiento diario que es muy importante. Hay cientos de sofware para multiples controles, eso nos aleja a su vez del trato personal con nuesto personal a cargo porque le asignamos un nro. una columna y listo. SON PERSONAS...
