Accumatic simplifies your accounting processes while increasing accuracy at the same time. Accumatic takes your readable .pdf or .xls/.csv files and transforms them into a ready to post document that can then be loaded into your DMS. Accumatic currently processes all reports that show up on your Factory Parts Statement (holdback, warranty claims, parts invoices, incentives, etc.). We work with a growing list of 3rd party F&I product sales companies to automate the posting of your contract remittances (including cancellations) and claim payments. We help clients post their Payroll and Benefits and help DealerTrack clients post their Tech Flag reports. We even help automate reconciliations like bank recons, flooring recons, user access recons, etc. Our motto is that if you have a manual data entry or reconciliation process, bring it to us and we will automate it for you. We are delighted to honor Jen Speerbrecher for her leadership, determination, and drive as well as her efforts in advocating for women in the automotive industry. Jen is the Director of Customer Success at Accumatic. She was a controller for 22 years, and most recently headed up the consolidated accounting office at a 35-dealership group in Portland, Oregon before joining Accumatic. Jen has experienced every position in the back office, performed all the tasks, and understands the challenges inherent to this often-overlooked part of the business, particularly regarding technological advancements. She joined Accumatic a little over two years ago driven by her passion for supporting women, who predominantly lead accounting and back-office teams. Jen’s enthusiasm for her role, her ability to acquire new skills, and her visions for the future of automotive accounting are unmatched.
