With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Thomas brings a distinguished background and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences to his new role. Before joining Acqualina, Thomas served as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational standards and elevating guest satisfaction. His career includes prominent leadership positions at renowned properties such as Auberge Resorts in Virginia and Mauna Lani in Hawaii, where he served as Resort Manager and Director of Operations respectively. Thomas's journey in hospitality began with significant roles at The St. Regis Bal Harbour and Mandarin Oriental, Miami. His strong leadership skills and operational acumen make him a valuable addition to the Acqualina team, where he will continue maintaining the resort's reputation for excellence.
