Innovative Solutions for the Bakery Industry with ADCO’s WSU At ADCO Manufacturing, we understand that sometimes a special machine is required to handle a unique package. With our extensive range of machinery, we can often modify a standard machine for your special application, saving you time and money. One of our bakery customers needed a specialized solution for their 4-count muffin trays. They required a half-length sleeve with cutouts, allowing the muffin pockets to stick out and lock the sleeve to the tray. Despite the large product size, slower speeds, and a tight budget, we delivered. We modified our WSU Wrap Around Sleever to run “neck-thru” sleeves and provided an extended hand load table for easy placement of the muffin trays. Additionally, we upgraded the controls package to meet their facility requirements.
