Mango packers! A plant-based coating can extend the shelf life of fruits by reducing dehydration. This translates to less waste and more access to fruits worldwide. In Brazil, mango packers are already reaping the benefits. They're using TanWax, a coating developed by Embrapa, QGP TanQuimica & UFSCAR, distributed by AgroFresh.
