Because we want our employees to feel included and to know they can bring their whole selves to work, gender pronoun “badge buddies” were introduced in May. Badge buddies are placed under an employee’s nametag, clearly identifying their pronouns. Asher, who uses they/them pronouns, says having a workplace that is welcoming and provides a badge buddy with their pronouns makes them feel seen and understood.
