    The choices are quite different. Peace and collaboration or Fight and conflict. Middle ground is a canyon 100 miles deep. Take your stand. No need to flash a peace sign or raise a fist. How you show up will tell us everything we need to know. Much is at stake. More than what is right in front of us. Choose wisely.

    They are not the same thing. There may be only a thin line between them. When you work with focus, you ignore distractions and keep the end goal in mind. When you work with a myopic lens, you close off connection to consequences in the future. One approach generates concentration. The other stunts longer term vision. Watch where your eyes go. #focus #future

    It is the difference between checking the box and asking to learn. The differences are here: "Any questions?" or ➡️ "What question do you definitely want to ask and discuss before we leave today?" "Need anything from me?" or ➡️ "What is one thing that would make your week more productive? "All set for the meeting tomorrow?" or ➡️ "What do you feel really good about and what still needs some work before the meeting tomorrow?"     You are likely underestimating it. You could be looking past it. You may even be talking over it. Gold right in front of you. Only a fraction of the talent on your team is actually in play day to day. Most of it is untapped. Dormant. Undiscovered.
